SAMHSA. The National Mental Health Information Center of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Agency. This site includes everything from fact sheets for the public to advanced research for professionals.
APA. The American Psychological Association, representing psychologists across the country. The site contains a wealth of information on psychology. The APA's Consumer Help Center contains articles and tips designed for the public discussing a variety of mental health issues.
KPA. The Kentucky Psychological Association, a statewide organization of Kentucky psychologists. It includes information on Kentucky psychologists and links to various mental health support groups in Kentucky.
Kentucky DMH. The Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation Services of Kentucky's Cabinet for Health Services. The site includes information on publicly available mental health services, including crisis hotlines and regional mental health centers.
Go Ask Alice. A question-and-answer health information service produced by Columbia University's Health Education Program. Many of the questions relate to the health concerns of college students, but the site is useful for adults as well.
